NOTICE FOR WORSHIPERS.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES WHEN COMING TO THE MOSQUE:
Please maintain social distancing rules when entering and leaving the mosque (also when queuing outside).
Please do not come into the mosque if you or anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19.
Limited number of people are allowed in on a first come, first serve basis.
The mosque will be opening for Congregational prayer only from 13th July 2020. Please perform Sunnah prayer at home.
A volunteer will check your temperature before entering the prayer hall (temperature above 37.8 C will not be allowed in).
Wearing a face mask and bringing your own prayer mat is compulsory.
Please ensure you do Wudu at home as Wudu and toilet facilities will be closed.
Shoe racks are sealed off, so please bring your own carrier bag for shoes (you must keep your shoes with you at all times)
Hand sanitizers are available, please use these on entry
There should be no socialising in the Mosque; hand shaking, hugging and other forms of contact must be avoided.
Please place your prayer mat on the double lined marking space, to maintain social distancing.
Doors will be opened 15 minutes before the Jamaat starts (Except Jumma prayer)
Doors will be closed as soon as Jamaat starts (Except Jumma prayer)
On Friday, for Jumma prayer - doors will be opened half an hour before Khutba starts and the mosque will be closed after Jama’at ends.
Elderly, women and children – We strongly advise that people over 70s and those who have underlying health issue should not come to the mosque. Women and children under 10 are not allowed in the mosque.
Please follow One way system – Entrance will be via Brick Lane and Exit via Fournier Street on Fridays.
